Agreement

By downloading or using Tended, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Tended Does

Tended is a family care coordination app that helps you track medications, appointments, care notes, tasks, and important documents for an elderly loved one. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your Account

• You must sign in with Apple or Google to use Tended.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Care Circles

• The circle owner controls membership (inviting and removing members).
• All circle members can view and edit shared care data.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• Do not invite anyone you do not trust to see your family's care information.

Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you create in Tended.
• We store your data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tended for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access other users' data outside your care circle.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.

Disclaimer

Tended is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Tended is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tended and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
